Doug is Pinnacle Search international’s Partner focused on the construction space throughout North America. He has over 30 years of construction, sales, operational and manufacturing experience at both the grassroots and leadership levels. Doug is a husband, father and grandfather; and enjoys time with family. He loves almost all music genres and plays jazz in a big band.

Kevin is Pinnacle Search international’s Talent and Client Acquisition Professional focusing on the accounting and finance industry. Tannon is Pinnacle Search international’s Talent and Client Acquisition Professional focusing on the Gaming and Technology industries. During his eight-year career in telecommunications, he had the opportunity to lead many teams in different sales environments. The caring, trust, and determination he instilled in his teams led each of them to incredible success.
Helping someone along in their success journey brings much joy to Tannon. He believes that the level of service a leader gives their employees is the level of service they will provide their customers. He also believes in having the right employees and the right customers.
Glenn is Pinnacle Search international’s Director for Business Development. During his long career in real estate investment, real estate sales (and several other industries), Glenn has primarily held outward facing sales and management roles, interfacing directly with clients, and assisting them to identify needs and match with the right solutions.
Working directly with clients is where Glenn thrives; where many of his clients become friends and trust Glenn as he has proven himself by acting with skill and unwavering integrity in striving to always do the right thing.
Lyn is an experienced and talented Director of Client Outreach. She has a strong sales background and is passionate about developing and maintaining a culture of long term successful business relationships.
Outside of her work with PSi, she is a proud mother, graphic designer and she loves art, photography and spending time with her family.
Noxy has a BBA in Marketing Management and an acute interest in Digital Marketing. Over the years, she has gained experience in various industries such as Telecommunications, FMCG, and Broadcasting. Her true passion has be found in Recruitment and being a catalyst to helping individuals and companies realize their career potential.
Noxy loves baking, exploring new restaurants, and traveling which allows her to gain an appreciation of different cultures and languages.
Connor is part of our growing business development team. He is working on attaining his business degree while gaining valuable hands-on experience. His goal is to arrive after his schooling with the experience and education to take the recruitment world by storm.

Kimberly is Pinnacle Search international’s Executive Assistant. She brings over 20 years of administrative and financial proficiency to the PSi team. Her attention to detail, analysis of the organization, and commitment to processes help in the day-to-day and big picture operational success.
She is a community advocate, avid volunteer, and devoted mother to three teen boys.
